THE STORY: Situated five minutes from the center of Beaune, this old printing house was still producing labels for the region’s grands crus in 2012. Ever since then, Marie and Sébastien have redone this space little by little, with five big, luminous rooms with industrial décor (studio lamps and chairs, matte black lacquer, metal and concrete…) but a very cozy ambiance (XXL beds, Linvosges sheets, fluffy pillows and bathrobes…). As for the view of the building’s interior courtyard, with a glass partitions, skylight and metallic links, it is sure to delight all those who ever dreamed about buying themselves a loft. Rooms from €130 to €150 (suite for 2 people).
TOILETRIES: Organic Douce Nature soap and shampoo.
INTERNET: Wifi (free).
BREAKFAST: Hot drinks, viennoiseries, cheese, charcuterie, bread, organic eggs and dairy products, homemade jams.
MINI-BAR: No, but bottled water available in the rooms, plus tea, herbal tea and coffee in the kitchen, plus an honesty bar.
