THE STORY: Things are finally happening in the 13th! While the Fondation Seydoux now has its headquarters at Les Gobelins and Station F is poised to become the world’s first incubator for start-ups, C.O.Q (which stands for Collection of Quality) has just opened its doors between these two poles. The concept? A cozy space for relaxation and exchanges, modeled after a sophisticated family home, with a lovely living room, a real henhouse (in the backyard) and 51 different bedrooms decorated by the Agence Favorite: Farrow & Ball colors, antique furniture, custom-designed lighting…. Starting at €150 a night for a double room.
TOILETRIES: Rituals shower gel, shampoo and soap.
INTERNET: Free (wifi).
BREAKFAST: €12 – buffet with hot drinks, bread, viennoiseries, homemade tarts, charcuterie, cheese, boiled eggs, fruits, yogurts.
