THE STORY: In addition to pumping out good music in its buzzing concert halls, the Élysée Montmartre now offers you a peaceful place to sleep it off! Its eponymous hotel boasts a luminous and tranquil ambiance, dreamt up by producer Abel Nahmias in collaboration with architect Julien Labrousse and the Policronica design studio. From the single to the triple rooms, the hotel’s 16 accommodations (four of which are duplexes) strike a delicate balance between sculpted ceilings, pristine walls, custom eucalyptus-wood furniture and soft layers of linen. The extras? A playroom that’s filled to the brim with toys and books for the little ones, a private screening room where you can (re)watch films from the 80s and 90s, and a café that’s open to all, perfect for breakfast, a chat or just chilling through the afternoon. Double rooms starting at €200 a night.
TOILETRIES: Ortigia body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and soap, made with natural ingredients from Sicily.
BREAKFAST: A buffet (€20 for adults, €10 for kids) with teas, specialty coffee, freshly squeezed juice, freshly baked bread, viennoiseries, homemade cakes and pancakes, yogurts, fruit, cheese, charcuterie, eggs upon request…
LITTLE LUXURY: If you have tickets for a concert at the Élysée Montmartre, you get to cut the line.
