THE STORY: This new mountain concept hotel – dreamt up by Romain Trollet, takes its inspiration from the new generation of hostels, and provides in-the-know skiers with a fun experience. With signage borrowed from American motels, an ‘80s logo, vintage décor and themed foodtrucks, the RockyPop stands out from its luxury neighbors…. It’s target clientele? Young couples, news families and groups of friends on a budget. Choose between the RockyDuo rooms (1 to 2 people, starting at €30/person), the RockyDuplex (2 to 4 people, starting at €25/person) or the Penthouse (12 people, starting at €10/person). If you’re looking for a good deal, this is it!

INTERNET: Excellent wifi (free)
BREAKFAST: Buffet for €10, with coffee or tea, bread, baguette, brioche, fresh fruit, fruit juice, scrambled eggs, diots (sausages from the Savoie), etc.
MINI-BAR: No, but there’s plenty of good things on the ground floor.
LITTLE LUXURY: The École de Ski Français office, located in house, so you can organize your ski trips and lessons without all the stress.
