With an ice cream cone in hand, the frosty Henri Guittet followed up his ice cream truck with a tiny shop with a royal blue façade nestled on Rue des Martyrs. Here, he continues to perfect his cones with classic flavors and offer up some very rock ’n’ roll ice cream pairings: Rock the Kaoua (coffee and cardamom), Pump the Volume (mango and piment d’Espelette sorbet), an electrifying Grapefruit Dead (organic grapefruit and lemon thyme)… You can also take a pint home with you (€9.90 for 350 ml) and try some of the sweet and savory waffles (€3-4), or the tasty milkshakes (€5.90). // A.K.
