A wine shop that’ll make you thirsty! It’s enthusiastically run by Céline Maguet and Vincent Ribault, the duo behind the agency of the same name, which specializes in supplying festivals with natural wine. The spot in question? An adorable space in the center of the Pigalle neighborhood, where you can choose your wine on tap from among a dozen well-chosen winemakers (Karim Vionnet in the Beaujolais, Julien Guillot in Mâcon, Jean-Marc Dreyer in Alsace…), bottled in reusable 50 cl or 1 liter bottles. But purists can rest easy, the house also boasts a lovely selection of classic bottles (Michel Guignier, Sylvain Martinez, Émile Hérédia…) and even 3-liter boxed wines. If you want to quench your thirst in house, there are no corkage fees to be found, but there are some rather delightful tapas when the weather’s nice: eggs mimosa; ricotta, zucchini and za’atar; tomatoes, capers and tarragon… // A.A.

The bullet-proof bottle: Gentil Monstre, an Ardèche red from Étienne Seignovert (€18).
