THE STORY: At the heart of Chamonix, this unassuming building is warmed up by a post-Scandinavian interior, decorated by the young interior designer Leslie Gauthier. Inside you’ll find an uninterrupted view of the mountains, luminous rooms that invite you to snuggle up, a familial common area with plush couches, a big library and a fireplace… Snack time is a true treat with the homemade pastries, served everyday from 4pm to 6pm. Standard rooms starting at €110 – €140 a night in peak season.
TOILETRIES: Bogner shower gel, shampoo and soap.
INTERNET: Wifi (free).
BREAKFAST: €12 (€6 for kids), a buffet with hot drinks, freshly baked bread, viennoiseries, eggs, bacon, fruit, charcuterie and cheese from the valley.
MINI-BAR: No, but there are bottles of mineral water provided in the ski room plus free hot drinks (coffee, tea) all day long.
