NUMBER OF ROOMS: 22 rooms, 5 suites and 6 chalets
ANNUAL CLOSURE: From mid-April to early December.
THE STORY: High up in Megève, the grandiose Hôtel L’Alpaga rivals Mont Blanc in terms of its majesty. Freshly renovated by the New York based interior design studio Charles & Co, this crown jewel of the Beaumier group (Les Roches Rouges, Le Moulin de Lourmarin…) now houses twenty-two chiaroscuro bedrooms, all done up with wood, velvet and wool. Want something even grander? There are five spacious and cozy suites equipped with wood-burning stoves, that can comfortably house up to six people at a time. A little further on, you’ll discover six wooden chalets with typical Megèvian roofs, perfect for welcoming big groups of friends or family – each with a massive table, a fireplace, numerous bathrooms, a private terrace and garden… In short, a thrilling experience starting at €500 a night for a double room.
BREAKFAST: Included, with coffee or tea, fresh fruit juice, an all-you-can-eat sweet and savory buffet made from local products, plus eggs (any way you like), pancakes, crepes, etc.… made upon request!
TOILETRIES: Diptyque shampoo, body wash and soap.
LITTLE LUXURY: After one final jaunt down the slopes, relax in the spa’s Swedish bath or treat yourself to a massage in your room.
