One of the most highly Instagrammed burgers of the last few years can be devoured between the whitewashed walls of this tiny burger joint that only sells one thing, run by Charles Ganem and Samuel Nataf. Their secret to success? The smash burger, aka a chewy potato bun with a grilled beef patty (so perfectly smashed, you’d think a baby elephant sat on it!) with ketchup, mustard, homemade pickles and American cheese, served with some tasty double-fried French fries and a special dipping sauce. Once you’ve snapped a pic and wolfed it all down, please move along, because there’s a line out the door jostling to get in!
