Deciding which drink pairs best with the adorable little sweets on display, each a tiny work of art and free from artificial flavors: classic hotteok (pancakes stuffed with brown sugar and cinnamon), chapssaltteok (a Korean-style mochi, glutinous rice cake filled with azuki bean paste) and bungeoppang – cute fish-shaped pastries.
