Inside the fuchsia walls of Sacha Rosenberg’s tiny wine shop, his double-sided concept sure sets the tone. On the A-side: a wealth of bottles selected from the best producers of the French indie wine scene: Douce Noire from Jérémy Bricka in Isère (€29), a chenin from La Grange Tiphaine (€28)… which the former radio DJ complements with a selection of craft beers and spirits from the finest micro-producers – beers from the Tête Haute community-led brewery (€9 for 440 ml), Garagaï pastis made with wild herbs from the Massif de la Sainte-Victoire (€34 for 500 ml)… And the B-side: the house libations pump up the volume, starting with limoncello made using Sicilian lemons (€25/liter), gins distilled in house by his girlfriend Alice Entradi (the sous-chef at Chocho), including a limited edition gin infused with panettone (€39/liter). And don’t forget about the hidden track, vinyls from the owner’s personal label, Morsure… // Scotty Lard
THE BULLET-PROOF BOTTLE: Tube, a 2022 hit by Laurent Bordes, who combined carignan, merlot and gamay grapes at his Chais du Port de la Lune winery in Bordeaux (€22).
