THE STORY: This former storage barn (1848) was reconstructed plank by plank in the middle of the Saint-Gervais pines. From the exterior: a mini-chalet in the purest Alpine tradition, meticulously restored. From the interior, total comfort for two: salon corner, well-equipped kitchen and, at the top of a miller’s ladder, a cozy bedroom with a headboard upholstered with calfskin. For connoisseurs, the cupboards are stuffed with organic and local products, and there is even an apparatus for making raclette! From €630 to €2,030 a week, for two people; nightly tariff upon request.

INTERNET: Wifi (free).
BREAKFAST: Included, with fresh fruits, Nespresso machine, little chocolates and cookies, organic teas and Savoyard infusions, hot chocolate, bread and viennoiseries, muesli, jams…and your favorite newspaper.
MINI-BAR: As much as you’d like in the chalet’s fridge of organic fruit juices, mineral waters and sodas. For a supplement: local wines and beers from Mont-Blanc (try the green one with genepi).
LITTLE LUXURY: The “Prestige” formula includes of a session in the Nordic bath in a Storvatt bathtub outside of the chalet, and a concierge service.
