THE STORY: After Paris, Marseille, Istanbul, but before Bordeaux and LA, the Trigano-Starck-Aouizerate trio has finally opened their “urban kibbutz” (sic) in Lyon. Why change a winning team? The décor is still designed by Starck, the cuisine remote-controlled by Guy Savoy, the foosball table enormous, and the prices are low for such high style rooms. It’s a joy to see this “little” family enterprise flourish in Lyon, which not only has more than a hundred beds, but also a groovy spirit! Rooms from only €69 to €209.
