NUMBER OF ROOMS: 5 rooms
ANNUAL CLOSURE: Open year round

THE STORY: In a vast 17th-century residence just outside of Tarascon, a medieval city located between Arles and Avignon, professional coach Émilie Briand and entrepreneur Guillaume Multrier brought the sublime Mas des Prêcheurs to life. This concentrated version of Provence boasts 44 acres of pine trees, cypresses and olive trees, providing guests with a major boost of la dolce vita… What should you expect inside? An immense lounge with arched ceilings and a stone fireplace, a no-less-grand dining room centered around a farm table to keep guests well fed from breakfast through dinner, and five spacious, comfortable bedrooms upstairs, all dressed in soft tones (sand, taupe, sage green…), with big windows and views of the surrounding countryside. To go with all that, there’s a heated pool where you can tan in peace, unless you’d rather lounge in the shade of the century-old trees… This amount of pleasure is practically a sin. Double rooms starting at €129 a night.

BREAKFAST: Aesop shampoo, body wash and soap.
TOILETRIES: Included, with coffee or tea, fresh fruit juice, organic bread, viennoiseries, homemade granola, porridge, cow’s milk or plant-based yogurt, fresh fruit, ham, eggs upon request…
LITTLE LUXURY: Lounging around the estate’s lovely permaculture farm, which provides the produce for all of their meals.
