In their kaleidapizzascope (big pink neon lights, immaculate furniture), Romain Bertin (a former web developer) and Julien Bouaziz (a former pharmacist) are bringing some glory back to la vera pizza napoletana! Plumped up around the edges and topped with beautiful things (bufala, San Marzano tomatoes…), 13 different styles are paraded out here: a classic and queenly Margherita with fior di latte; a more audacious Arti Choc! with smoked mozza, ricotta, cured ham and marinated artichokes; or a deliciously briny Fish Filet topped with ricotta, marinated yellow tomatoes and Cetara tuna. Not to mention the antipasti (a lovely cherry tomato, creamy stacciatella and truffle salad, etc.), and their hearty caramelized hazelnut pizza to end the meal. // G.LeP.

FEELING THIRSTY? There’s a good Baladin Nazionale IPA (€8 for 330 ml) or an organic Veneto red (€35 a bottle).

PRICE: Antipasti €5-10, pizza €8-18, desserts €7-10.
