After the success of his blockbuster pizza hits, Guillaume Grasso opened up an unpretentious wine bar where you can uncork Latin beauties next to his original shop near Square Georges-Brassens… Savored on the small terrace or seated around the blond wood communal table in a space with almost overly-sleek lounge-like decor, there’s an AOPulent selection of transalpine wines to choose from: a playfully fizzy pet’ nat’ (conegliano valdobbiadene prosecco from Cinzia Canzian at €8 a glass), Kukukaya, a 100% passerina white from Cascina del Col in Abruzzo (€31 a bottle), or for something more sumptuous, a proud barolo produced by Giacomo Fenocchio (€75). Want something to nibble on? There’s a selection of cheese and charcuterie with pride of place and terroir (culatello from Parma, salami from Naples, pecorino from Sardinia, scamorza, burrata) offered up on platters or over salad, and pizzas, available as aperitivo snacks at night. // Pia Bidon
