There are 27 bedrooms with views of the water up for grabs, a less-is-more feel (white walls, wicker chairs, ‘50s light fixtures, Bluetooth speakers) and big terraces for some of the rooms. Bonus points for the wine bar with a fireplace, the Decléor spa and the pool heated by solar power. Double rooms starting at €109 a night.
TOILETRIES: Decléor shampoo and shower gel, donkey milk soap from Basque country.
SPA: Treatments using Decléor products, starting at €40 for 30 minutes, with a steam room and a sauna.
INTERNET: Wifi (free).
BREAKFAST: Buffet starting at €18, with hot drinks, bread from the Pâtisserie du Golf, fruit tarts, brioche, fresh fruits, fruit juice, country ham and brebis cheese from the Pyrenees.
MINI-BAR: Sodas, mineral waters, plus an expresso machine in all the rooms.
